Prescription Drug Guide
Minnesota's nonprofit health plans strive to provide consumers with the most effective, affordable and highest quality prescription drugs available. The list of prescription drugs covered through your health plan is called a formulary.
In order to ensure the most up-to-date information is available to members who use and providers who prescribe medications, MCHP is now providing links directly to health plans' formularies instead of printing a booklet each year. The formularies are reviewed at least quarterly and changes may be made at that time. Direct links to the formulary for MCHP member organizations are listed below.
Click on the health plan name to access the formulary information.
